You will be responsible for the effective management and monitoring of our children’s home, its resources, and staff, in line with the Policies and Procedures of the company and the legislative requirements from Ofsted and other partnership networks. Your delivery of standards of safeguarding our young people and getting them engaged in education must go beyond the ‘norm.’

Job description: Residential Support Worker
Responsible to: Registered Manager
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £12.00 – £12.50 per hour dependent on experience/qualification plus sleep-ins. (£50 per sleep-in)
Shift patterns – Full time working long days plus extra sleep in (approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month)
Driver required/preferred
NVQ Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce.
